You must keep a video recording of the Unboxing and notify us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for Return & Refund. We would provide you a 100% Product Cost Refund on specific cases: The Product is Damaged and we are unable to replace it. We would Replace your Product on cases: The product is not as Specified in your order (Wrong Product) The Product is Damaged The product may have scratches if it doesn’t have any plastic wrapping. We wouldn’t refund/return on cases like these.
